We are looking for a person who is eager to plan and execute marketing on a strategic level, together with a team of brilliant people.

Transfluent provides multilingual eComm and customer service solutions with AI. We have a suite of tools that meet translation and localization needs and translation extensions for multiple CMS, e-commerce and customer service platforms. Transfluent's main partners are Salesforce and Zendesk. Our service is used by more than 1,600 customers around the world including ASUS, Bring, Finnkino, Solteq and Reima. 

We are on a good growth path and expanding to new markets globally. We now need someone (who has the opportunity to become an owner of a company) to bring in marketing expertise to take the company and our brand awareness in international markets to the next level.

In this full-time position, preferably located in Finland, your responsibilities will include:

- Own the entire marketing function and lead the work of the whole team, with a hands-on attitude, in order to maximize the number of inbound leads and make sure our digital presence stays consistently on the right level
- Coordinate the execution of the content strategy but also creating the content by yourself
- Collaborate with the sales and tech team to plan, recommend and oversee the implementation of marketing activities related to their needs and commercial strategy
- Develop our brand identity
- Work as a pioneer who doesn’t shy away from a challenge in an international environment

Skills and experiences we're looking for

- 3-5 years of experience with B2B digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS company or in an agency serving SaaS companies
- Demonstrated experience in the creation, delivery, and measurement of marketing campaigns across channels
- Demonstrated experience of partnering with sales and sales leadership to generate inbound leads and drive revenue growth
- Demonstrated experience with cultivating a brand story in a way that translates into long-term international brand growth
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a good sense of planning, organization and prioritization
- Natural ability to participate both in strategic and business discussions and take a hands-on approach to execute
- Vision, creativity and an eye for good copy and great visuals
- Deep knowledge and understanding of analytics & performance data and their meaning when elevating a brand onto the world stage
- Understanding of Saas business
- Entrepreneurial Team Player: Digital marketing expert that loves ambiguity and is a self-starter who loves to take risks by collaborating in a truly flat organization
